Refund policy

At GlowLight Co, we want you to love your LED face mask. If your order arrives damaged, or stops working when used as directed, please email support@theglowlightco.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send you a replacement, or a full refund of the purchase price if a replacement isn't available. Because this is a personal-care product, we're unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind, ordering by mistake, or dissatisfaction with how your skin looks. If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us before it ships and we'll issue a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time shown at checkout, reach out and we'll investigate or refund you. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under your state's consumer protection laws.
